Social Media Marketing Manager
As a member of Uni’s marketing team, you will take a leadership role in conceptualizing, creating, promoting, and amplifying content for Uni’s social media channels, as well as reporting and optimizing social media performance. You will employ strategies and create content that contextualize the brand and our products. You will create a dialogue and engage with our community, and social media influencers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive our social media strategy planning and executing the social media content calendar advance
- Work cross functionally with various lanes across the business including Creative,
- Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports that include metrics on engagement, community growth, referral traffic and conversions, customer acquisition, etc.
- Act as our resident expert on all things social, including best practices, testing emerging platforms, and competitive analysis
- Partner with the internal creative team to create, edit, and publish all social media content
- Ensure all social communication meets brand guidelines, standards and tone
- Build relationships with existing influencers, as well as seeking out new relationships, and create influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, channel growth and engagement
Requirements
- Are a firehose of creativity and great ideas, and a skilled and confident content creator
- Have 1-3 years of experience working in Social Media
- Consider yourself a highly creative person and have experience writing and creating content for an editorial outlet, agency, or consumer brand
- Are obsessed with pretty much every social platform and have a deep understanding of emerging social platforms and capabilities for brands
- Love brands and have a proven interest in culture and what other brands are doing to contribute to the cultural dialogue
- Thrive working in a fast-paced and scaling organization
