Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:
- Manage social media accounts and cover social media at events
- Manage social media selling and cover end to end selling on social media
- Design and post marketing materials, using Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring alignment to brand standards
- Conduct field market research and deliver information to all key stakeholders including weekly reporting on social media initiatives and ROI
- Partner with team in all aspects of social media marketing including event coverage and promotions, brand and sales, ads and ecom platforms, and social campaign development
- Manage the social media calendar and prioritization for marketing collateral development
- Support the marketing team with overflow brand design materials
- Travel to various events including photo and video shoots, Pop-Up stores, trade shows, and other cheerleading events as required
- Travel up to 40% is required, based on seasonality of sport and events calendar
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of Social Media Marketing experience REQUIRED
- Content Creation skills a MUST like Video, editing, music etc
- Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a REQUIREMENT
- Experience in the All-Star cheerleading industry is REQUIRED
- Experience in the cheerleading industry is REQUIRED
- Must be creative, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and successfully meet multiple deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment is critical
- Ability to build and implement procedures related to cheerleading social initiatives
- 4 year college degree in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word & Power Point
- Must have a high energy level and professional appearance and be incredibly passionate about Cheerleading!
