ABOUT THE JOB

A talent management agency specialised in working within the fashion industry is currently looking for an Influencer Talent Agent for their digital talent division. In this role you'll have the opportunity to manage a roster of amazing TikTok creators and famous fashion brands. You'll be able to administrate the day-to-day management of the digital talents, whilst having the opportunity to take part in big fashion launch events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage with the day-to-day management of a roster of digital talent (particularly from the TikTok platform)
  • Help to brainstorm and develop innovative & integrated TikTok marketing strategies that maximise exposure and revenue streams for fashion influencers.
  • Diary management & proactive outreach for a small but niche roster of talent.
  • Contribute effective pitches to nurture successful partnerships and collaborations with new fashion clients.
  • Support the agency to develop an effective and impressive influencer marketing strategy.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in the influencer/talent management industry
  • Extremely organised, prioritisation of tasks is key
  • Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously
  • Exceptional skills and knowledge of TikTok
