Content Creator

We’re looking for a Content Creator to help create compelling ideas and work for our client’s channels. The goal is to tell visual stories that our audiences want to see while also measuring how the content drives engagement and growth.

This role will be a part of a new hybrid creative team that will work directly with one of our clients in the DFW area. There will be both in-office and remote work. This role will also include travel occasionally to their locations to cover events and grand openings.

Responsibilities

• Produce compelling content (written, photo, video) for content channels, GIFs, memes, Tiktoks, and blog posts
• Write, curate, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and shareability
• Own responsibility for day-to-day activities for our client's content channels
• Edit, proofread, and get approval for all content before publication
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders in other departments on developing assets for campaigns, events, and initiatives both for organic and paid social
• Bring a point of view and collaborate with the department and other disciplines to ensure high-quality output on creative assets
• Support client requests and issues in a timely manner
• Engage in discussions with teams to brainstorm and drive the execution of new ideas
• Design, develop, and implement a content strategy with input from stakeholders that increases brand awareness and drives engagement across social feeds
• Monitor the results of current partnerships and determine appropriate plans of action for the future, including creating case studies and best practices
• Oversee and maintain quality and consistency of voice and vision across all content channels, ensuring that all content is on brand and aligns with the mission
• Devise and carry out experiments big and small across platforms and feeds
• Identify opportunities to improve content development processes and tools
