Head Of Marketing, Eight O' Clock Coffee
Position Overview:
This role is of utmost importance within our organization as it leads our flagship brand, Eight O'Clock Coffee. Eight O'Clock holds the largest market share in the US TCP portfolio and contributes to 80% of the company's revenue. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term and short-term marketing and business plans to achieve brand objectives, including revenue and profitability goals. Success in this position requires a combination of business and brand management expertise, strong leadership, exceptional communication and execution skills, and a challenger brand mindset. Additionally, a keen focus on supply and commercial integration is crucial, including participation in S&OP processes, leading commercial needs, and adapting plans to meet supply requirements. You will play a key role in revitalizing a legacy brand and instilling pride within the organization.

Key Outputs / Results:
- Develop the long-term brand strategy and 5-year plans.
- Lead the development and execution of ATL/integrated campaigns.
- Implement the annual Marketing Business Plan (MBP), collaborate with key partners, and provide briefs to agencies to deliver the activity plan.
- Lead PR, culture, and influencer/partnership strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to establish potential celebrity partnerships/ambassadors.
- Lead media/connections planning in collaboration with the central media team.
- Drive the agenda for annual and quarterly business reviews.
- Participate in the S&OP process and oversee all matters related to supply and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the projects team for new product development and launch execution.
- Inspire and coach the team, including direct reports, cross-functional partners, and external agency partners.
Experience:
- MBA strongly preferred; undergraduate degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of CPG marketing experience with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong people management and influencing skills.
- Highly skilled relationship builder and influencer.
- Ability to demonstrate consumer insights and achieve creative excellence through effective marketing programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to enroll and motivate a sales organization.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations, effectively problem-solve, and make decisions.
