We are seeking an innovative, results-driven VP of Marketing with a strong focus on product growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products through strategic marketing initiatives that build our AI-inspired Creator communities. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will not only execute tactical marketing campaigns but also provide valuable market and product insights to our management team. Your track record of success in driving product growth from a product marketing perspective will be instrumental in shaping our global market presence and establishing long-term leadership in the AI Creator space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and strategy with a primary emphasis on product growth in our Creator communities
  • Create compelling, business-oriented value propositions and use cases that effectively communicate ROI to our Creator communities and customers
  • Identify and implement differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and materials to drive product adoption
  • Build, manage, and coach a high-performing product-led growth marketing team, fostering their professional development and success
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, resulting in Creator acquisition, increased engagement/monthly active users and higher ARPU through the scaling of interactions that drive long term value
  • Direct and support market research activities, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  • Guide and oversee the Partner Marketing team/function. Collaborate closely with the Revenue Org to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a unified approach
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize expenditures for maximum ROI, tracking and reporting on marketing performance
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained and compliance is upheld across all marketing and communications channels
  • Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise effective counter-strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Manage and direct Marketing Communications, 3rd party marketing resource and agencies retained to execute growth strategy

Requirements

  • Experience as a Marketing Director or VP of Marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth from a product marketing role and developing Creator communities.
  • Deep understanding of the direct-to-consumer and subscription marketing including the fundamentals of driving subscription acquisition, retention and upsell through multiple channels including paid, organic, social, etc.
  • Some background in Partner Marketing, brand and/or experience building and scaling creative tools/creative suites is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and practices, leveraging market insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in achieving impactful results for the company's success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
