At The Company Store, we benefit from this knowledge & innovation as we seek to grow and build our heritage, luxury e-Commerce brand for the future.  We are seeking Marketing Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including paid and organic social media, video, display, email, audio, influencer, affiliate, and PR. Your expertise will be crucial in increasing brand visibility and revenue through effective 360° marketing campaigns that integrate paid, earned, and owned channels. Key Responsibilities

  • 10% Advertising Management - Continuously improve to stay on the forefront of advertising analytics,
  • technologies, channels, programs, talent and best practices
  • 10% Brand Messaging Management - Monitor weekly air checks to ensure all messaging is on target and
  • appropriate for the brand
  • 20% Campaign Management - Track campaign performance and be able to transform marketing data into
  • insights to increase marketing campaign response rates, create a better customer experience, and improve return on investment (ROI)
  • 20% Manage Outside Agencies - Manage outside agencies who handle media planning and creative
  • development
  • 20% Promotions Management - Align with the promotions team to incorporate our promotions into the
  • channels that make the most sense
  • 20% Relationship Management - Build relationships with the networks and shows with whom we advertise, and ensure they are up to date on our brand, our products and newsworthy events

  • This Position typically reports to Marketing Director
  • This Position has 2 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Minimum Education

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
