Your Responsibilities
What will keep you challenged?
The brand partnerships manager will be responsible for developing strategic marketing relationships to expand our target customer base and build awareness for Raisin in the US. Raisin has ambitious plans to develop a large network of partners across affluent retirement communities, professional associations, employee benefits providers, sports clubs, and the like that attract older, wealthy consumers with large cash savings needs. Raisin would like to develop a robust influencer/referral/ambassador network within these communities as part of its aggressive growth strategy in the US. This will be a critical role responsible for launching and scaling our strategic partnerships program as we build up Raisin’s presence in the US. You will report directly to the CMO of Raisin US and be responsible for:
- Developing key relationships with target groups such as wealthy retirement communities, golf/tennis/boating/luxury travel communities, doctor/legal/CPA/executive associations, and the likes.
- Developing brand ambassadorship/influencer programs within these communities.
- Pitching Raisin’s value in person within these communities and hosting high impact events.
- Managing partner sponsorship and referral programs.
- Developing innovative marketing strategies to target members of these communities.
- Scaling and monetizing a partnerships program within specific performance target parameters.
- Coordinating large partnership campaigns and sponsorships with PR, Acquisitions, Content & Design Marketing Teams.
- Assisting in other growth marketing programs as required.
Your Profile
What will make you succeed:
We are seeking a strong team player, who can work independently to build and scale a successful partner marketing program from scratch. Applicants should be out of the box thinkers with excellent presentation skills and be persuasive and clear communicators. A successful candidate will be persistent by nature and have strong relationship building and managing
skills. Furthermore, they should possess strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once, have a strong desire to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- 5+ years’ of directly relevant experience in a similar role (brand partnerships and/or business development) at preferably a startup, fintech, ecommerce, luxury brand or financial services company.
- Proven experience building successful B2B2C partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop creative and innovative strategies for ambassador/influencer programs.
- Experience presenting to large groups professionally with a strong preference for a polished individual that can speak with authority and credibility to older consumer groups.
- Excellent relationship building and management skills.
- Preference for individuals with existing relationships in the communities we seek to target.
- Preference for individuals that also have experience managing partner sponsorships and events.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- You have a hands-on mentality and pay close attention to detail.
- You are a Self-Starter and have a can-do mentality.
