What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Creating organic social content for a million-dollar footwear brand as part of a talented team
- Working closely with the client and internally with the Director of Social, Head of Activation, Content Director, Account Managers, Community Manager, and Project Managers
- Experimenting with ideas and executions, trying new things, working quickly in short cycles
- Traveling occasionally to get face time with the client, to strengthen the partnership, build relationships
- Staying on top of social trends, helping to create video content for REELS and TikTok
What experience and knowledge you might be able to use to impact this role:
- 3+ years of experience creating content with a focus on social media
- Experience with Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram (including Reels), Twitter
- Ability to bring a brand’s voice alive through social copy
- Strong ideating and writing background across various social platforms
- Experience with running focused brands (running shoes, footwear) or athletics is preferred
- Experience creating content for male audiences/consumers
- Personal experience in long-distance running is ideal
- Advertising agency experience is preferred but not required

Compensation:
- $80K - $90K
- 5% bonus target
