Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Director, work together to utilize the full range of online tools to build growth, engagement, and conversions for A&E event portfolio, across social media, email and website
- Support the Marketing team in delivering the digital marketing strategy for Honeyland, as well as other events across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio as required
- Ownership of weekly content calendars for owned social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tik Tok
- Collaborate with the Creative team on asset development.
- Delivery of 'always on' content to ensure channels remain engaged, and relationships develop with influencers and partners
- Employ copywriting and content creation skills to establish a clear and consistent tone of voice and meaningful narrative
- Support on other consumer facing communications as applicable including email and website
- Manage process of obtaining assets from participating talent, partners and sponsors
- Management of website content, updates and reporting
- Gather and analyze digital results to feed into weekly campaign reports
- Monitor social media trends and keep on top of competitor activity and audience behavior
- Research and identify potential new social, influencer or digital partnerships to help evolve marketing campaigns
- Work with the Marketing team to project manage the creation of engaging digital content including video edits, gifs and graphics
- Delivery of post-event campaign reports for sponsors in collaboration with Account Management
- Develop and manage influencer programs
- Ongoing Social Community Management and engagement
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
- Some weekend work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment portfolio
- Outside of event travel there will be a requirement to travel for meetings and to capture content as part of the role.

- Growth of social media channels, in terms of audience numbers and engagement
- Identification of new social channels and influencers to grow brand awareness
- Regularity of publishing on social profiles and emails and blog content on website

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
- Previous experience in either a Social Media or Digital Marketing role
- Understanding and enthusiasm for digital marketing in practice
- Interest and passion for live events, attractions and food
- Up to speed with current social media trends, techniques and platforms is imperative
- Understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Intermediate ability to create photo and graphic assets and video editing abilities.
Desirable
- Experience in HTML and Photoshop will be advantageous

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$65,000 annually
