HEYDUDE is looking for its next go-to, an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, who will play a key role in implementing our Influencer Marketing Program. Influencer Marketing is a key marketing lever for HEYDUDE. Identifying the right influencers and cultivating authentic storylines is a main communication component for HEYDUDE. You bring deep understanding of the social/digital world, specifically with an eye toward TikTok and how influencers drive authentic, entertaining breakthrough. In this entry-level role, there is exposure to the entire marketing, digital and influencer process and it represents a great jumping off for a marketing/digital career. The core day to day of the role is to facilitate the process and drive execution of the influencer roster and content. You would handle, with a keen eye, all the details and logistics that empower our influencer campaigns. You will help source and evaluate influencer and seeding opportunities. When it comes to tempo and mentality, you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you love to roll up your sleeves and dive in, and truly believe that no task is too daunting nor too small. What You'll Do
- Collaborate, with the team, on influencer identification, evaluation, and selection.
- Oversee the administration and execution details to attain influencer content. Including:
- Coordination of all seeding and influencer product inventory and storage.
- Product packing, shipping, tracking for guaranteed delivery.
- Supervising on-site management and storage of influencer product inventories.
- Access and use addresses, establish database.
- Establish and continuously update communication shareout for the team.
- Ensure and handle appropriate and relevant on-site inventory stocks so as to be able to quick-turn opportunistic needs that arise.
- Stay close to culture and the digital world to find opportunities to organically seed influencers & talent, coordinate packaging, shipping, and tracking.
- Help to handle all content development by assisting briefing and day to day management with agency and influencers.
- Understand tenets of marketing as well as brand comms strategy and goals to assist in the delivery of effective, quality content that follows social media guidelines and is consistent across digital/social media channels.
- Drive on-time delivery of assets for media buys and calendar insertions.
- Assist in the proofing of the creative concepts and results.
- Assist in supervising and publishing influencer performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison with agency partners and talent.
- Assist in writing influencer briefs that drive creative output.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
- Interest in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, and outdoor brands.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Unparalleled work ethic, and commitment to getting things done.
- Capable of handling sophisticated situations in a changing environment
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international competence with all levels of seniority efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, curious, and fluent in social platforms, especially TikTok
