Marketing Lead (Demand Gen focus - SaaS)
We are looking for a creative and innovative Marketing Lead (growth/demand generation focus) to join our Global Marketing team. Creative and open to new ideas, you'll have a desire to step in and understand new concepts, working closely with our US Sales Team and love working with people across the globe. Bring your passion, drive and personality to the team!!
This is very much a hands on doer stand-alone role . We are looking to locate this role on the West Coast of the US.
Key skills include:
- A proven track record in driving strong results from awareness and lead generation activities
- Inbound campaign delivery experience is essential, ABM is an advantage
- You will have proven experience in working on B2B omni channel demand generation campaigns to support pipeline generation.
- Producing material to support nurturing leads to opportunities and opportunities to revenue
- Experience in developing & running effective events, webinars and conference presence
- Natural collaborator and influencer - proactively creating relationships across the business to influence outcomes
- Strong creative copywriting experience, the ability to bring your campaign to life through content is crucial to lead the buyer through their journey
- Being able to brief in multi-touch digital campaigns - LinkedIn, Website, Facebook and SEM - working with our growth lead
- Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (eg. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot) -Execution ability is key
- You will have passion for mixing traditional and digital techniques with the ability to always strive for scalability
- Experience in a SaaS B2B focused technology company
What you would do:
- Assisting the development of digital global campaigns in collaboration with Head of Field Marketing. Working with content, product and growth teams to coordinate activity
- Coordinate and execute US revenue generating field marketing activities including ABM, sponsorships, partnerships, events, webinars and conferences
- Partner with the US sales team to drive campaigns and high value opportunities through ABM activity
- Developing campaign copy for email and social channels as well as ideas for new assets that can assist the buyers journey
- Work with the communications lead to support BDM posting and support social selling
- Seeking opportunities to propose case studies and newsletter articles to support US based activities
- Working with Growth team to leverage owned and paid channels to execute campaigns, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Display & retargeting
- Build and sustain relationships with industry partners and 3rd party suppliers to maximize marketing opportunities
- Researching, executing and evaluating offline and digital direct marketing campaigns (to B2B audiences), including working with sales teams for follow-up and campaign metric reporting
- Track and report ROI for all campaigns

Salary $100,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
