Mercer is seeking a highly collaborative, experienced Senior Marketing Manager to work closely with other marketing colleagues to develop, execute, and administer marketing programs with a high focus on elevating Mercer’s intellectual capital within the US Health business. This role includes managing a range of tasks, including tactics with campaigns, writing/editing basic copy, documenting and reporting on campaign successes, and performing operational/administrative tasks where required. Being an exceptionally collaborative self-starter is essential as we think big and operate lean.
This is a remote/virtual role and can be performed anywhere in the US.

- Collaborating with multiple teams across Mercer – local and global – to carry out programs and campaigns
- Developing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive commercialization of US Health intellectual capital
- Developing and implementing email nurture and retargeting programs; managing and optimizing digital programs; and reporting findings to leadership
- Leading sponsored webcast pilots and coordinating with premium vendor sponsors
- Developing and managing social advocacy and influencer marketing to support building a community

We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with cross lines of business centers of excellence (Global creative team, Demand Center, Mercerforce team, Communications, etc.)
- Maintain the marketing strategy for our intellectual capital and identify areas of cross-promotion
- Build and manage a rich content/marketing calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties including website, blog, social media channels, and paid media (digital ads, content syndication, and more)
- Report on key performance indicators, particularly those related to demand generation, sales follow-up, and brand engagement
- Communicate marketing campaign successes to management team to influence marketing strategy
- Deliver strong and collaborative project management and leadership that fosters a culture of creativity, execution excellence, and accountability
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of marketing experience in a multichannel environment (previous marketing, digital and campaign experience in a related role is required)
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and AEM platforms to execute campaigns as well as the ability to produce analytics and measure our effectiveness
- Solid organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail; self-direction; and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and quality requirements

- Experience managing advisory boards or COE’s is preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,400 to $172,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
