Sr Product Marketing Manager, Creator Engagement, Creator Growth

The Traffic and Marketing Tech Creator Growth team’s goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers and associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a new org focused on products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We own the Creator products across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, align on compensation structures, and launch features that reinforce feelings of achievement for Creators in addition to monetary compensation. We seek to strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops.
In this role, you will own the holistic Creator lifecycle marketing programs, aimed to engage and support creators at different stages in the program, help creators maximize earnings, and build their business on Amazon. This includes identifying the right channels to engage creators based on their lifecycle stage and the messages to share (seasonal events, deal timeframes, education, product launches, data trends, and more). You will be responsible for owning this cohesive strategy, working with cross-function partners and be able to think big and influence decisions. You will also own evaluating email programs to leverage to communicate with Creators and run experiments with new message types (SMS, WhatsApp, etc). Lastly, you will oversee for Engagement marketing improving analytics and reporting, working closely with Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Scientists
You will be able to earn trust and collaborate with other marketers on Creator Growth, product manager, analytics team members, cross-function partners outside of the Creator space, and more. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
This job is also open to individuals working from NYC and Miami, FL metropolitan areas.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute Lifecycle Marketing initiatives to onboard, retain, re-engage creators
- Own Email software program analysis and recommendation. Oversee implementing any changes based on recommendation.
- Run WW notification experiments and provide analysis and recommendation on how to scale successful programs
- Improve engagement marketing reporting and analytics, working closely with Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Scientists
- Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.
- Support scaling marketing initiatives to international countries, working closely with product, marketing, and tech partners
- Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience with running lifecycle marketing programs with proven results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or technology

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
