JOB PROFILE

JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager – Hall des Lumières

ORGANIZATION: This role reports to the Marketing Director of the Hall des Lumières.

MISSION: Hall des Lumières and Culturespaces are working to transform traditional art, bringing the future of exhibitions to historic, landmark buildings across the globe – making culture accessible to all.

The Marketing team ensures the development of long-term brand architecture/positioning for the experience and the venue that will be the foundation of well-defined brand and products propositions. Additionally, the team drives the identification of business and consumers insights to establish key learnings that will inform the development of on-going marketing strategies and future innovation opportunities.

The Marketing Manager leads execution, is insights-driven, analytical, creative and a passionate leader that drives the growth of this venue, growing brand awareness, consumer acquisition/retention and consumer revenue.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Oversee social media and influencer marketing strategies for the brand channels
  • Manage and oversee content plans for all channels, using content library to build engaging and compelling posts
  • Source, request, and build assets from photographers, UGC, influencers, talent, and Hall des Lumières team, ensuring content is optimized to increase engagement and reach according to best practices per platform
  • Gather insights and audience analysis by region to make recommendations and adjustments to social media strategy; considering new platforms and opportunities
  • Owns the Email Calendar and creative updates across automation, campaign, and transactional emails
  • Grows and optimizes email channel through strategic campaign development and execution, analysis and reporting, and ongoing optimization to drive results
  • Project Management: Drive cross-functional brand projects, working collaboratively with acquisition, CRM affiliate, agencies, copy, product, and customer service
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop sponsor and partner experiential marketing and oversee the execution
  • Support the organization’s revenue and profit goal instructions to work on action plans to have a positive ROI
  • Ensure the development of the marketing team

  • A marketing visionary with deep experience in leveraging both traditional and innovative marketing tactics
  • Strong analytical and strategy development skills supported by solid ability to execute high quality marketing campaigns for global brands or properties
  • Website platform management expertise
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Superior leadership skills; demonstrated ability to influence and engage with direct/indirect reports, peers, and senior management

Education & Formal Training

  • BA/BS from top undergraduate university with degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • MBA or commensurate preferred, but not required

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a world class, results-focused brand
  • Consumer marketing experience required
