General Summary:
The Reputation Manager will build, maintain, and promote the Company’s online presence. The Reputation Manager will create and maintain a favorable brand image for the company using a combination of public relations, social media, and online analytics to ensure a positive, forward-facing presence, and to mitigate negative online feedback.
Essential Duties:
- Connect with managers on negative feedback received via online reviews to investigate complaints, find resolutions, and provide a response to such reviews
- Review and respond to employee reviews for Glassdoor and Indeed
- Manage customer reviews on BBB, Google, Facebook, Trust Pilot, etc.
- Collaborates with internal departments to verify positive online reviews for the purposes of issuing employee bonuses
- Ensures that customer and employee websites are updated
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) comments – both positive and negative
- Collaborates with Content Creator to create and post recurring and regular content on social media sites
- Obtains content from Company events to create posts for social media engagement
- Participates in the creation of internal and external content for engagement
- Creates, posts, and manages website content including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, Company announcements, etc.
- Work to combat negative search engine stories and reviews
- Track & analyze specific patterns and make recommendations for content needed
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company
- Maintain compliance with the Company's Attendance and Punctuality expectations
- Maintain compliance with established timekeeping policies which includes accurate recording of hours worked, working only pre-approved Overtime, and requesting Unpaid or Paid Time Off in accordance with Company Policy
- Establish and maintain an understanding of how to utilize the Company's timekeeping software, ensuring that additional training is requested as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure Company sites are updated with accurate information
- Conduct employee & client surveys, as requested
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Attend training and department meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Starting Pay:
- $20-$25 per hour, DOE

Knowledge And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in working hand in hand with customer support teams
- Experience using analytics to identify certain social behaviors/problems
- Experience in social media tools, analytics, reporting
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent writing and language skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and how to resolve conflicts
- Great ability to identify crisis or reputation damaging situations
