This is an exciting opportunity for the Coordinator, Talent Relations who will work closely with the Head of Talent Relations (and creators!) to support the vision and goals of a growing division. As experts in the space, Talent Relations has a pulse on the shift of influencer marketing trends and talent innovation (If you can name the 5 most innovative creators on TikTok, this is the job for you!).

Talent Relations amplifies and elevates Open Influence’s offering through a creator-first lens, streamlining the creator funnel and driving high quality partnerships. The Coordinator will help maintain workflow with talent agencies throughout the industry, support a variety of tasks on the back-end of the Talent Relations team, plus raise their hand to drive exciting creator partnerships and insights.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring/maintaining the Talent Relations inbox
  • Identifying and vetting all talent leads, ensuring Open Influence’s talent access is constantly fresh, with a finger on the latest, rising creators
  • Supporting the outreach/collection of agency partner breakdowns (influencer platforms, size, verticals, specialities, etc.) and rosters
  • Collecting and sharing feedback from both internal and external partners to help optimize talent facing workflow
  • Supporting the implementation/maintenance of Talent Relations systems being utilized by the Account Management team including standardized agreements, talent agency main points of contact, creator sourcing/negotiations, talent updates, and more
  • Conducting platform and market research to identify any news pertaining to influencer marketing, social media platform developments, agency partner innovations etc.
  • Analyzing internal talent deal flow to identify and report on creator trends, pricing indicators, and rising agency partners
  • Creating and nurturing creator relationships based on company needs
  • Ideating and supporting creator first events / marketing initiatives
  • Representing the Talent Relations goals/values internally and externally with an appreciation for creator driven opportunity/impact on company bottom line
  • Detailed note taking during internal & external Talent Relations meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills (English) including the ability to support calls with note taking communicate with agency partner executives via email
  • Strong verbal skills (English) including the ability to lead internal and external facing meetings / company wide updates
  • Full knowledge of all main social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) is preferred
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy with a strong understanding of the social landscape including features, trends, and platforms
  • Knack for interpersonal work style including video calls, networking opportunities, in person meetings, and events
  • Ability to work with full Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail organizational / administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills including proactive, solution oriented approach
