Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
Our Client, a dynamic and innovative company based in New York, is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Growth to spearhead their strategic marketing initiatives. As the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market trends. Provide clear and actionable plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Content Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of content marketing across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing with a strong focus on influencer campaign management and GTM motions.
- Customer Acquisition and AI focused Lead Generation: Employ data-driven approaches to attract and acquire new customers. Analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to enhance conversion rates and optimize customer acquisition costs.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to align growth efforts with overall company goals.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the growth budget, allocating resources strategically to achieve maximum ROI on marketing and growth initiatives.
- Experimentation and A/B Testing: Promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, utilizing A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics related to growth, marketing, and customer acquisition to measure the success of growth initiatives and provide insights to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a similar Head of Growth or senior marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that have resulted in significant revenue and user base expansion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving growth objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, content marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and other growth-related tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
