We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team at Hand Picked Hotels.
A new opportunity has arisen to join our expanding marketing team at Hand Picked Hotels. We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Hand Picked Hotels. This role will be operate from our Central Support Office in Sevenoaks with hybrid working, with occasional visits to our hotels as required.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Hand Picked Hotels paid online advertising activity & SEO. This includes all paid acquisition marketing platforms, e.g. Google and other SE platforms, affiliates, paid social, display advertising, retargeting but excludes organic social and influencer advertising.
About The Role
- The purpose of this role of Digital Marketing Manager is to own and develop paid performance strategy to achieve overall marketing objectives.
- You will be responsible for running the SEO strategy to obtain strong organic rankings in major search engines like Google.
- Designing and delivering a broad portfolio of paid performance campaigns to hit revenue and ROI targets.
- Run paid marketing analytics and reporting.
- Be the internal expert on the paid performance landscape and changes potentially impacting the business.
- Develop bottom up targets and budgets for performance marketing ensuring reach and engagement enables sales target to be met.
- Work closely with the Hand Picked Hotels Revenue team to optimise the cost-of-sale per channel in order to effect channel shift from OTAs to Hand Picked Hotels own website.
About You
- Proven experience in a performance marketing function and a demonstrated passion for digital marketing.
- Full Google Ad words certification and working knowledge of bid optimisation tools.
- Experience with a variety of web analytic tools in particular Google Analytics to investigate and interpret channel performance.
- Be able to demonstrate working with popular performance marketing platforms (Criteo, Ad Words, Bing Ad centre, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Robust understanding of creative SEO and its interaction with PPC
- A good working knowledge of other CRM e-commerce and optimisation practises.
- Previous experience within a luxury brand and the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
- Have a degree in marketing or equivalent is essential.
