About You
Nutrafol is looking for a driven, creative professional with a passion to grow! In this role, you will be an integral part of creating paid social media ad content for Meta, Tiktok and Pinterest campaigns with significant ad spend. The main focus of this role will be partnering with content creators, influencers and our in-house creative team to create a library of content ads for ongoing and new marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing a full pipeline of partnership vetting, ad concept ideation, feedback and content execution, as well as influencer and whitelist negotiations and executions. This role will be supported with a strong analytics team and creative team and will report to our Growth Marketing Senior Manager.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management content creator pipeline for paid TikTok/Meta ads, including vetting new creator partnerships, coordinating product shipments, ideating ad concepts, briefing creators, managing the feedback process, managing creator contracts, tracking monthly budget and coordinating finalized assets with marketing teams
- Partner with influencer, creative and community management teams to create and edit new whitelist ads, manage branded content permissions, monitor comments on whitelist ads and negotiate extended rights on top-performing assets
- Create and maintain a bank of video lifestyle of assets for the creative/brand team
- Research top social media trends, key moments, seasonal messages and relevant market trends to inform ad concepts, bringing trends, ideas and recommendations to the team
- Keeping a close eye on ad performance to inform future creative briefs that align with strong performance
- Managing partnerships with channel account representatives
- Managing monthly payments to creators in partnership with accounts payable
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience working with content creators and influencers for paid ad content
- Experience negotiating rates, contracts and ad rights with influencers and content creators
- Strong creative skills and understanding of ad best practices for Tiktok and Meta
- Intimate knowledge of TikTok and Reels platforms
- Great organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, brand and creative teams
- Great communication skills, both oral and written
- Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, content creators and brand team.

Preferred
- Passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels
- Experience in health/wellness ecommerce space

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range
$95,000 — $110,000 USD
