About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to strategically scale our social presence with an emphasis on Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok, driving audience growth, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening our domain authority. Experienced in growing online communities and increasing engagement (internal and external), this role will own the social and influencer strategy, manage day-to-day activities, develop company guidelines, and coordinate the editorial calendar for all owned channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of a social media strategy for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads). This strategy will align with current business goals, create value for our audience, and be informed by data insights.
  • Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy that accelerates the growth of our newly launched channel. Collaborate with SEO and paid media teams to leverage YouTube content to enhance search engine performance metrics.
  • Own social media editorial calendar in partnership with other functions. Manage content execution and deliverables, video production, and day-to-day social media posting, working cross functionally to maintain business, brand, and compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media, industry and cultural trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are effective and relevant.
  • Establish benchmarks and define, analyze and report on key metrics, using social data to create strategic recommendations that improve channel health.
  • Conduct an in-depth quarterly competitive analysis by auditing and monitoring key competitors and use insights to adapt our social strategy.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to audience comments and direct messages in partnership with marketing team members. Assist with crisis management communications strategy.
  • Craft an influencer strategy that supports the growth of our social channels and brand presence, sourcing influencers that align with Collective’s brand and business goals.
  • Manage influencer contract negotiation and execution, content production and approval, and monitor content licensing expiration dates to ensure we maintain contract compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other key stakeholders to expand the reach of social media campaigns and member growth associated with influencer partnerships.

What we want you to bring:

  • 5+ years of social media management experience.
  • Prior experience driving social strategy and day-to-day execution in a cross-functional organization.
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible copy.
  • Eye for design and creating compelling on brand content. You’re a Canva pro.
  • Short form & long form video production experience.
  • Passion for organic content creation - you’re not shy to get in front of the camera.
  • Experience in understanding and mapping a customer journey from social media data.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker that can interpret metrics and turn them into actionable insights.

Bonus Points if you have: (Optional)

  • Content writing experience in tax, accounting, and financial topics.
  • Scrappy video editing experience
  • Experience using Sprout Social

What we offer in return:

Compensation Range: $99,000 - $121,000 USD annual base salary

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
