B2B Ecommerce Manager

Since 2005 Tony’s has been using the chocolate bar wrapper to tell the story of our mission. We now have unique ability to allow business customers to leverage the design wrapper creator to share their story while contributing to Tony’s mission with every bite!
The B2B Ecommerce Manager is responsible for scaling our personalized business with a focus on business-to-business customers. The personalized business allows partners to customize Tony’s chocolate bar wrappers with their logos for corporate gifting opportunities, internal celebrations, and events.
If you have strong selling and negotiating skills, as well as creativity in finding new partnerships, this is the role for you! Being able to offer our unique services and products to existing and new customers will help Tony’s grow its business in a strong and sustainable way. Because more growth means more impact!
You will be a key member of the US sales team and report to the Director of Ecommerce.
What will you do?
Drive growth of our personalized and custom offerings with business customers
- Further develop and execute our personalized strategy for corporate customers.
- Build strong B2B relationships with existing and new customers, make them part of our mission and deliver on revenue and margin targets.
- Lead the selling process from start to finish (including negotiations, approvals, pricing, design support, logistics)
- Work closely with the partnership team to execute orders from beginning to end for brand and sponsorship opportunities.
Strategic business planning for B2B Ecommerce business
- Perform fundamental business analysis and work closely with Director of Ecommerce on strategic planning for the channel.
- Responsible for management of B2B personalized P&L, including detailed forecasting of shipments for the business.
- Bi-weekly reporting of B2B personalized sales to the cross-functional Ecommerce team, including providing recommendations & insights.
- Collaborate with the creative content team to develop compelling and relevant content for B2B audiences, including email newsletters and updates to the B2B website.
- Plan and implement effective lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Manage 3rd party copacker and distributors
- Account management of 3rd party copacker for personalized business including forecasting and financial planning.
- Work closely with logistics coordination and delivery to customers.

Because you have at least 4-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or ecommerce. Developing and executing a channel specific plan is a piece of (chocolate) cake for you. You have gained experience working with different types of customers and their needs and you naturally build and maintain super strong relationships internally and externally. You are action oriented and eager to take on new opportunities with high energy, enthusiasm and urgency. You know how to analyze data and turn it into concrete action plans. You live in NYC or in commutable proximity to NYC.
