- Knows how to strategize and manage content calendar across multiple Social Media Pages.
- Has a good grasp of the nuances of marketing within the fitness and boba industry.
- Is an expert content creator and content strategist across all social channels, but mainly on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Is a great copywriter who knows who to make copy pop and unique to the current campaign we are running and optimized across all social platforms. The ability to come up with different ways to say the same thing through copywriting should come naturally.
- Can be a charismatic personality on camera and can ideate and create TikTok content with ease.
- Understands how to manage and grow Discord and Facebook Group communities or at least willing to figure it out.
- Fully understands / is obsessed (or at least near-obsessed) with keeping up with trends on all current and emerging social platforms. This person should also be able to quickly understand how to optimize the company's presence on emerging platforms,.
- Able to make sure all content gets pushed out on time and coordinate with the necessary parties to ensure this
Responsibilities are...
- Managing and executing our content calendar across all social media pages.
- Collaborating with design, content, and influencer managing team members to produce and execute a strong social media strategy.
- Creating, ideating, and strategizing content for our TikTok and Twitter. Our Art Director will do most of the photo / graphic visuals for Instagram, but creating quality TikToks / Reels / Twitter with ease is a significant portion of this position.
- Assisting with ideating, creating, and strategizing across other social platforms and emerging platforms.
- Aggregating data to report social media performance for internal use.
- Executing campaigns with efficiency and in a timely manner.
- Advising with managing and growing Discord and Facebook Group communities.
Qualifications / Experience Requirements
No hard requirements - prove to us you got what we want and you will be in serious consideration for hire.
Although there are no hard requirements, having at least 6-12 months of experience will be a major bonus.
Really understanding / having an obsession (or having a period of obsession in the past) with boba, the fitness industry, and social media are paramount.
Below is some of the experience we may be looking for:
- A track record of creating engaging content mainly across TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Been an influencer and have grown a decent personal brand.
- Experience with coordinating with others to make sure all content gets published on time across all channels.
- Experience with aggregating data on social channels into an official report.
