The Digital Engagement Associate supports digital execution for our healthcare clients. This role works with the internal account, creative and digital teams by assisting with day-to-day client and internal activities. These include content creation, community management, reporting and departmental admin duties. The position also assists with social listening reports, paid media, and influencer identification.

This position must work from the New York City office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily social media monitoring and community management efforts for our healthcare companies’ social media channels
  • Research and write copy for digital and social content (to include organic social copy, paid social ads, search ads, video and graphic copy, etc.)
  • Create graphics for social media posts in Canva utilizing templates from the creative team
  • Compile organic social media reports for clients ensuring next steps include strategic recommendations
  • Assist with paid media reports delivered by the paid mdia team ensuring key insights are consistent with a clients’ larger digital plan
  • Assist paid media specialist (including researching target audiences) with launching, QA and ongoing optimization for paid campaigns
  • Develop social listening quick hit reports and analytic reports to help shape strategies
  • Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert and educate team members and clients about the importance of digital
  • Assist in managing the LifeSci Comms social media accounts
  • Join client conversations and walk through deliverables and questions
  • Update full agency on digital platform changes and trends via newsletters and meeting updates
  • Be well versed in industry updates and learn the details and strategy of each social and digital platform
  • Have an understanding of innovative marketing campaigns for healthcare clients and assist in building out successful campaigns for clients

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Communications
  • 0-2 years relevant experience including but not limited to digital marketing and client management

Qualifications:

  • Superior written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Interest in healthcare and regulated industries
  • Experience using a social media engagement and posting tool (i.e. Brandwatch, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Experience with a social listening tool (Netbase preferred)
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

The base salary pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
