The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that inspire millions of people around the world to reach higher levels of meaningful growth.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with GrowthDay's overall business goals.
• Create and share engaging content that inspires and motivates our community.
• Collaborate with the GrowthDay team to create a positive and uplifting social media presence.
• Track and analyze social media data to measure the success of our campaigns.
• Meet our community in direct messages and engage them in a way that activates them to take action.
• Play a key role in moving GrowthDay’s mission forward!

You Are What We Are Looking For If:

• You’re a master at making video reels, graphic quote cards, and engaging conversations.
• You know how to shoot and edit video and you LOVE doing it more than almost anything.
• You love social selling - starting conversations in posts and stories that lead to DMs and sales.
• You’ll have plenty of opportunities to be creative, solve problems, and stay up to date on what’s working in the market.
• You want to work with Brendon Burchard and learn advanced online marketing.
• You can provide examples of how your work has directly influenced positive growth in social media accounts.
• You love personal development and are constantly raising your personal bar of what excellence looks like in your life.
