Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Creator Partner Manager to join our Community team. As a Creator Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with high profile content creators, contributing to the growth and success of our platform.
You will serve as their main point of contact, providing guidance, support, and personalized attention to help them grow their audience and thrive on Roar Social. You will expand on our onboarding process as well as continuing to define our ongoing program offering for top tier creators. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring their overall user experience is exceptional, including VIP treatment and personalized care.
Your responsibilities will involve managing, measuring, and analyzing the performance of our creator and partner portfolio against key metrics. Your data-driven approach and insights will drive the development of departmental strategies and continually improve our approach to creator partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of social media content trends and digitally native audiences, as well as a passion for new technology and willingness to innovate in the social media space. This role requires a team player who can partner, collaborate across departments — Product, Engineering, Legal, Business Development, Partnerships, etc. — on successful content adoption programs.
Successful candidates will enjoy building things, innovating, and challenging the status quo. This person should be comfortable working with senior leadership and C-suite executives in a fast-paced and often-ambiguous environment. You should have a genuine fascination for social media, and a commitment to affecting global change.

Stuff You’ll Work On
- Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators to join our platform as partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships directly with creators and their teams, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, goals, and content strategies, and align them with our platform's objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, offering guidance on content creation, audience engagement, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide regular performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular partner meetings and communication to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to drive partner success and maximize their impact on our platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and influencer marketing best practices, and apply that knowledge to enhance our partner program.
Stuff You’ve Done
- Experience in managing creator partnerships, influencer relations, or related roles in the digital media industry.
- Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with popular platforms and content trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with content creators from diverse backgrounds.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving partner success.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while being a team player.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000. At Roar Social, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications and experience.
