In this role, you will be working in the Diversity Org’s creative department to shoot and edit vibrant, high quality content that showcases our high energy events and brand.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role

  • Create storyboards, scripts, and pre-production.
  • Collaborate with the Director on creative of a video
  • Manage equipment (cameras, lights, audio equipment)
  • Pitching video overview and timeline to the Director
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to develop new content concepts.
  • Communicate with brands for sponsored integrations.
  • Edit videos to completion
  • Travel with the Tour Team

What Makes You a Good Fit For This Role

  • Creative mindset with the ability to formulate and communicate original ideas
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to tailor and adapt content for different audiences and platforms
  • 5+ years experience as an editor, videographer, or content creator.
  • Knowledge of influencer/creator marketing and branding
  • Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
