The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Marketing Communications Manager to join our lively and growing remote-first team! As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will cultivate brand awareness by developing and implementing B2C communication tactics across platforms, (i.e., social, email & SMS, web content, press releases, and more).
Responsibilities:
- Leadership
- Manage current team of 1-2 team members, delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback on work
- Collaborate effectively with other internal marketing managers to develop 360-degree marketing approach
- Regularly advocate for and report on performance of direct reports to executive team to ensure their success
- Strategy Development & Execution
- Manage and execute outputs across B2C channels including social, email & SMS, web content, press releases, and more.
- Develop the existing personality and voice of the GOOD GOOD brand, ensuring all content is created with consistent messaging, grammar, and tone.
- Oversee day-to-day community management strategy across GOOD GOOD’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and/or other accounts
- Strategize and collaborate on relevant high-level themes month-to-month to drive content creation to reach target audience and incite conversions
- Content Development
- Create/curate and manage all organic content (images, web content, video, etc.)
- Oversee internal and external creation of content and marketing assets, such as social media posts/graphics, food and lifestyle photography/videography, and recipes
- Email: Generate relevant themes along with copy and imagery for email campaigns
- SMS: Generate content for SMS campaigns and contribute to content for SMS flows.
- Map out a comprehensive social media marketing plan in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams; drive and improve strategies through A/B testing and analysis
- Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts, including organizing and participating in co-branded product giveaways, growing affiliate and ambassador programs, and executing UGC and paid influencer campaigns
- Manage GRIN platform, creating influencer campaigns, monitoring the ambassador and affiliate partners, and continuously scouting new talent
- Act as point of contact for UGC creators, influencers, and photographers to negotiate, provide art direction, and consistent brand guidelines for their content creation
- Performance Reporting
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Analyze GOOD GOOD’s campaigns, and translate data and observations into recommendations and plans for improving our social media profiles and content
- Monitor competitive benchmarks and best practices for measuring the effectiveness of social media initiatives
- Collaborate with Data team on social media dashboard, giving insight into key metrics and KPIs.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 4+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in digital marketing (social, email, content creation, etc.), preferably within a similar industry or niche.
- Strong copywriting and design sensibility skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 10% - 20% travel required
