As a member of a collaborative Marketing team, the Content and Influencer Marketing Specialist plays an important role in the effectiveness of our overall brand awareness and lead generation efforts. The Content and Influencer Marketing Specialist will focus on collaborating with brand ambassadors and influencers to create purposeful content for use across paid and organic channels, drive brand awareness, and support the overall marketing teams goals and initiatives.

This is a hybrid office environment, candidates should expect to work from the National Support Office in Kirkland, Washington twice per week.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage Sono Bello’s brand ambassador and influencer program from intake to deliverables, working closely with patients to share their journey.
  • Develop and execute persuasive ambassador and influencer marketing strategies and content to effectively reach potential buyers.
  • Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with influencers, including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.
  • Work cross-departmentally and cross-agency to align content with current marketing strategies, evolving the execution of ambassador and influencer content to meet goals.
  • Create campaign themes/outlines, write scripts, curate content for various platforms such as websites, social media, and broadcast.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to fill content gaps and test new content weekly.
  • Catalogue testimonials and user generated content
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors’ activities/strategies, target audience characteristics & behaviors, and user preferences/trends
  • Brainstorm new & creative approaches to influencer campaigns that will maximize impact & ROI.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and personalities in the aesthetics industry.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create & coordinate integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that will effectively leverage all available channels.
  • Work with creative agencies to coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Support PR, store launches, events, and collaborations.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in influencer, social media, content creation or similar role
  • 3+ years’ experience with digital marketing, brand awareness or performance marketing.
  • Sprout or similar social media software familiarity a plus.
  • Possess a passion for social media, photography, videography, and content creation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with added attention to details.
  • A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bite-sized social media clips and images.
  • Knowledge and understanding of influencer and brand ambassador relationships, critical metrics, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Experience building and delivering high brand engagement social media marketing programs that acquire new customers, expand brand awareness, and engage online audiences.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of PR strategy and the role of editorial placements in driving brand and growth strategy.
  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to travel as required.

This is an exempt/salaried position with a pay range of $65-70K annually
