Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with experience in driving growth. This role will be responsible for driving our customer acquisition strategies across various paid, owned channels including but not limited to search, display, email, social and influencer. You will bring expertise in performance-driven advertising, audience segmentation, creative testing, conversion optimization, influencer strategy and management. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of current media tools and strategies and will lead media, working with agencies and other internal stakeholders to drive strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the Media Program end-to-end, efficiently deploying ad budgets across all owned, paid, Influencer and other platforms to acquire customers at the top of the funnel.
- Work directly with leadership, internal teams and agencies to design and implement roadmaps to hit growth goals.
- Identify, experiment, and scale new campaign structures, audience categories, creative tests, and ad placements for sustainable growth.
- Create and present detailed campaign performance reports, providing key insights and optimization recommendations.
- Develop and manage relationships with media platform partners, staying updated with the latest trends, best practices, and product updates.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets, including A/B testing optimization.
- Oversee all aspects of pixel data, UTMs, and conversion tracking within Sniffies’ and third party ad platforms.
- Conduct rapid experimentation across landing pages, implementing a/b tests and analyzing results to drive conversions and improve efficiencies at the top of the funnel.
- Build and maintain funnels that leverage paid ads, landing pages, lead magnets, and communication tools to increase customer acquisition.
- Develop and maintain influencer strategy working with other internal resources for aligned planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate level degree is a plus.
- 5-10 years experience in paid media channels (including search, display, email, social and influencer).
- Familiarity with media management and reporting tools.
- Ability to present regular updates and findings to internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Experience managing a sizable budget, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Understands how to manage and expand our pipeline of creative across different ad platforms.
- Experience with media advertising regulations and compliance.
- Experience analyzing full marketing funnel and the impact channel mix has on it.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success. Experience with Segment and Amplitude is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can work quickly and efficiently, while juggling competing priorities.
