Super Smalls, a digital-first play-centric kid’s brand, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you get hands-on experience across a spectrum of marketing and creative programs that drive awareness, engagement and demand for our dynamic young brand.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will participate in the ideation and execution of new digital marketing and social media initiatives, as well as create and manage content across a variety of channels to support and develop Super Smalls’ strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive creative marketing initiatives that support business goals in partnership with Director of Marketing
  • Assist with quarterly planning and hindsight including product marketing strategy; leverage quantitative and qualitative research to help define messaging and positioning of current and new products

Creative Operations & Copywriting

  • Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions with leadership to develop new ideas for content development and digital/social engagement
  • Create content and deploy existing digital content across multiple channels including email, paid media, social media, blog
  • Support flow of marketing projects, from creative briefs through execution and analysis, including developing timelines, tracking budgets, and coordination of all necessary reviews with key stakeholders
  • Assist in building seasonal styling briefs for product, brand & lifestyle shoots
  • Support email marketing initiatives including: copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling

Content Creation

  • Manage marketing content calendar by posting across social platforms and driving the creative strategy and designs
  • Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve engagement and build our community across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Work closely with Influencer Team to maintain and build strong relationships with creators and influencers
  • Strategize and identify creator campaigns to support product launches and drive brand awareness and reach on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and other social platforms
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results related to fans, followers, engagement, and revenue
  • Become an advocate of Super Smalls in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Assist with paid media on social channels, including the development of new assets, creative briefs and copywriting needs

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in roles involving marketing and project management
  • You have experience managing timelines and are able to organize information into plans
  • You love keeping tabs on what’s trending across social media
  • You have a roll-up your sleeves attitude and are excited about jumping into new projects
  • You have strong copywriting skills, and can write and engage with clarity and humor
  • You are naturally creative and excel at thinking on your feet, developing ideas on the fly, and dreaming outside the box
  • You have design experience; a deep familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus!
