Senior Creator Strategist
As our current clients expand budgets and the Influencer practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Creator Strategist to join our team. This role will develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns and act as a strategic partner on all things Influencer.
If you’re an expert in influencers, and have a track record in planning and delivering campaigns with creators and influencers across paid, earned and shared media, we’d love to see your resume!
- Ideate, price, pitch and execute scaled, multi-platform influencer campaigns across a variety of clients
- Deep knowledge of the influencer space, strong perspective and POV; considered a thought-leader for the agency and clients
- Strategic utilization of Influencer tools (including Tagger, CreatorIQ) and tech platforms for search and program management; recommendations for how tools can be used to improve efficiency, program learnings
- Strong background in influencer cost components; and negotiation skills for services and budgets
- Maintain relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, clients and influencer agents and managers
- Ability to manage multiple programs across multiple clients at a given time
- Deep understanding of influencer metrics; ability to understand performance, predict performance, and suggest tactics for optimizing performance
- Ability to explain your clients' key business objectives, KPI's and metrics
- Ability to participate in the new business process, creative concepting of programs, understanding and pitching Access’ strategic influencer process
- Draft and negotiate contracts coordinating with team members, talent representation and Access legal
- High level of professionalism, ability to talk to and present to senior level clients
- Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and trends report updates to team
- Strong project management skills
- Actively participate in new business pitches
- Mentor and manage junior team members
Salary Range $85,000-100,000/yr
- Salary offered will be within range and based on years of experience

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university
- 5-6 years’ experience in advertising, communications, marketing, or public relations working with Influencers across multiple platforms across a variety of sectors, with 4 years’ experience working on Influencer marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for the influencer universe on all channels including Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
