We are seeking a talented and motivated Innovation Influencer Growth Hacker to join our team at Innovation Discovery, working directly with our Founder and CEO, Carlo Rivis.

His background includes successful experience driving the adoption of new technology innovations, processes, and best practices that reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

As the Innovation Influencer Growth Hacker, your main role will be to develop and implement strategies to grow Carlo's LinkedIn presence. The ultimate goal is to monetize Carlo's reputation as an established innovation leader, utilizing his expertise in accelerating innovation execution.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage growth hacking strategies to enhance Carlo Rivis' LinkedIn profile and expand his professional network.

2. Promoting & distribute engaging, high-quality content that reflects Carlo's expertise in innovation and leadership.

3. Collaborate with Carlo to develop strategies for increasing engagement and visibility.

4. Leverage data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics.

5. Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in growth hacking or a related role.

2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, metrics, and best practices for content creation.

3. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making.

4. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Self-motivated, creative thinker with a 'can-do' attitude.
