Patheous Health, Inc. is a pioneer in dysphagia healthcare and swallowing impairment conditions. With over 15 million annual US diagnoses (600 million globally) of dysphagia across all age groups, this condition can lead to poor outcomes including malnutrition, dehydration, and aspiration pneumonia. Position Summary

Patheous Health is seeking a Director of Marketing who can build a downstream account-based marketing program and a marketing strategy that engages specific individuals and accounts and then uses personalized campaigns to engage directly with the target customer for engagement, cross-selling and upselling. This is a full time position that will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. The position will be based in the company’s headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas or out of Atlanta, GA.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be engaging specific healthcare clinicians and clients with personalized engagement messages that reinforce our company’s value proposition and match with our client’s goals. In this position, you will ‘own’ marketing and work directly with all levels of the company across the US to elevate the profile of the company to drive new client acquisition, current client retention and revenue growth. You will manage the company’s brand, positioning and messaging, promotions, trade shows, market research, content, social media platforms, influencer programs, email marketing campaigns and marketing budget. You will have the opportunity to engage and manage marketing agencies and outside marketing specialists as needed.

The ideal candidate must have broad experience in social media, branding, messaging, lead generation and an entrepreneurial mindset. You have the knowhow to build or source the required needs and lead projects from design to implementation. You must be able to use your experience and marketing tool kit to achieve the goals of this role. You will be required to analyze trends, marketing campaign impact and KPI’s to develop reports, presentations, and dashboards for company management.

Responsibilities:

· Build the company’s marketing function using internal and external resources that align strategy and plan with marketing and sales to enable the field to successfully engage customers and drive revenue growth.

· Champion a strong marketing and sales alignment strategies and drive campaign concepts, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development.

· Direct campaigns & messaging; understand voice of customer to tailor campaigns and messaging to personalize the experience for our clients.

· Expert in tracking and understanding data to make informed marketing decisions that yield the highest outcome against goals.

· Develop and manage campaign concepts, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message and creative development to ensure effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a reputable University.

· +6 years relevant experience in B2B marketing.

· Ability to translate healthcare clinical information into concise messaging to our call points.

· Excellent written, grammar, verbal and visualization skills and ability to articulate the ‘voice of the customer’.

· Creativity and intellectual curiosity to discover trends and opportunities is a must have.

· Great organizational skills and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of marketing tool kits, CRM, social media platforms, and Office applications.

· Knowledge of graphics and video production applications a plus.

· Travel to field offices, client sites and tradeshows as needed.

· Knowledge of the healthcare market a plus.
