Creative Maker/Creator (Bilingual - Spanish)

Our PXP team is looking for super creative Makers (Content, social, short-form – someone who can take an idea and bring it to life) to support clients and internal branding projects. While a traditional background in content production is a plus, we’re seeking creators who can plan, point, shoot, and edit. Our ideal candidate will lead with a curious foot, love figuring things out, and understand how beautiful things are made with their phone or a camera - whatever it takes to communicate great ideas, thoughts, and expressions engagingly. Social Media clout is secondary to great content – we don’t need an influencer. We need someone well-honed at the craft.

Day-to-day responsibilities might include:

  • Partner regularly with your strategic counterpart to plan, develop, and strategize social media concepts for multi-platform posts.
  • Proactively ideate concepts based on current trends, product inspiration or provided social listening or consumer insights.
  • Work in real-time to shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube with a creative eye and flair.
  • Create content with professional editing tools, but also work natively within platforms to use platform tools and trending edit features.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Dog lover (you’ll be around them from time-to-time for content creation!)
  • Social-first mindset with a skillset to match - must know and understand contemporary social media platforms.
  • A love for creating social media content and always looking for opportunities to connect with and entertain the audience.
  • Have an understanding of pop culture and social trends, but doesn’t just copy trends and instead wants to find opportunities to create new ones.
  • Must be a self-starter that can work (and thrive) independently but still loves to contribute and work with others.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment – working at the speed of culture.
  • Must know and understand contemporary social media platforms
  • A hybrid production skillset encouraged
