SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
The Digital Content Creator develops, creates and produces original graphic and video content for internal and external audiences. Content will include graphics for social media, websites, brochures, flyers, posters, signs, etc.
Key Accountabilities
Graphic/Video Design, Photography
- Create design elements for both internal and external uses, including: identity, flyers, rack cards, brochures, mailers, email, signage, websites, mini-sites, apparel, merchandise, photography and logos.
- Create short videos for promotional, recap, training, etc.
- Ensure designs maintain integrity of GKTW brand.
- Work with external print and production vendors.
- Stay current on marketing/design industry trends and patterns.
Project Management
- Understand and interpret design briefs to determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Manage projects through the design, development and review phases, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Order and oversee production of final products.
- Work with project management software.
Department Support
- Provide support to all departments, as well as teammates.
- Participate as a member of the Integrated Marketing team, which may require assignments outside of the regular scope of work.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing technology and office environment.
- Willingness to work a non-standard schedule to include weekends, nights, holidays.
- Extended daily PC-based work.
- Ability to lift heavy inventory.
Skills, Competencies, Education And Experience
- Ability to create high quality work quickly.
- A strong portfolio that showcases a variety of styles, types of work and strategy.
- Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Premiere; PowerPoint and the Pre-Press Process on both Mac and PC platforms.)
- Comfortable with asset management software.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Able to establish effective working relationships by adjusting approaches to meet the needs of a diverse population including staff, vendors, guests, etc.
- Effectively identifies and analyzes problems, and uses creative solutions to solve problems with varying degrees of information.
- Ability to initiate actions based on one’s own interpretation or understanding of a situation.
- Ability to communicate, understand, speak, read, write English to communicate with departments/guests/vendor participants.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a designer.
- Demonstrated ability to receive and respond appropriately to constructive feedback.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency in situations that require decisiveness, quick action and good judgement.
- Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, including battery-operated golf cart.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent work experience.)
- 5 – 7 years of related professional experience
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, preferred.
- Familiarity with Canto; Microsoft Teams, preferred.
