Communications And Influencer Manager
Location: US Remote / Pacific Standard Time Preferred
Duration: 12 months contract
We are searching for a Communications and influencer manager to join our communications team. This individual will be supporting the communications team’s PR, social and influencer programs for both general and Latino markets. Responsibilities include leading the teams content partnerships , influencer, events and college ambassador programs , including identifying influencers and partnership opportunities, creating briefs , reviewing content , optimizing programs and providing weekly updates to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment. Has proven experience creating and executing influencer and content partnership programs that have delivered measurable increase in brand awareness, customer engagement and
product recommendation. We are looking for a self-starter and strategic thinker who can quickly jump in and be a key part of a high-performing communications team. This person will have the ability to engage in online and offline conversations with third party vendors, cross- functional teams of internal stakeholders while managing agency partners program resources.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing influencer and college ambassador programs delivering campaign deliverables, content creation,
analytics and reporting updates.
- Execute and project manage content, media partnerships and events with third party vendors in support of business unit goals
- Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, and recommendations for program optimizations
- Manage outside agency resources to effectively execute projects
- Display excellent verbal and written communications skills, with a keen ability to engage in meaningful conversations, both online and off
- Create and manage monthly internal PR/Social newsletter shared across the organization
- Partner with Comms and Marketing teams to develop social and content activations supporting Intuit strategic partnerships
- Effectively manage resource allocation
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in an agency, media or corporate environment, consumer or tech preferred; working directly in content partnerships, influencer program management, PR campaigns, video creation or production, social media, analytics and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Experience in executing TikTok, Instagram or other emerging social media campaigns and creating trending content across social platforms
- Strong ability to turn data points and analytics into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, and to summarize key information for senior leaders
- Passion for all things social media, analytics and early adopter of emerging platforms
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully, prioritize effectively, and navigate high-pressure situations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to formulate an informed point of view and clearly articulate it to key stakeholders
- Proactive self-starting approach and hunger to learn
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders
- Open to travel to event locations across the U.S
- Fluency with WordPress and Tableau a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
