Creator Coach

vidIQ is searching for a dedicated Creator Coach to help YouTube creators maximize their channel's growth and audience engagement. In this role, you will report directly to the Core Leader of the coaching team and play an instrumental part in empowering creators to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

As a Creator Coach, your primary focus will be guiding vidIQ customers in expanding their YouTube channels. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned creators, offering personalized support and guidance on a daily basis.
  • Conducting both asynchronous and synchronous video consultations to help creators navigate the YouTube channel growth process.
  • Delivering tailored YouTube education and advice to creators who require additional knowledge.
  • Motivating and inspiring creators throughout their YouTube journey, fostering a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborating with fellow coaches to share insights, ideas, and solutions for overcoming challenges with creators.
  • Staying up-to-date on YouTube's features, algorithm changes, and their potential impact on creators.
  • Continuously honing your soft skills, such as active listening, empathy, goal setting, boundary setting, powerful questioning, and more.
  • Achieving and maintaining a creator satisfaction score of 4.3 or higher.

Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months spent growing a YouTube channel.
  • Having an active YT Channel.
  • Actively consume YouTube educational content from sources such as Creator Insider, vidIQ, Video Creators, Sean Cannell, Derral Eves, Film Booth, Colin and Samir, and others.
  • Prior experience being coached to develop a skill in areas such as sports, fitness, business, debate, music, acting, etc.

Benefits

This full-time, 100% remote position offers a competitive base compensation $50-55,000 USD/year; commensurate with experience. You will also be eligible to participate in a range of Company-sponsored benefits.
