The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a key role in implementing our Influencer Marketing Program. Influencer Marketing is a key lever for HEYDUDE wherein identifying the right influencers and cultivating authentic storylines is the goal. You bring deep understanding of the social/digital world, specifically Tiktok and how influencers drive authentic, entertaining breakthrough. In this role, you will apply experience in working with influencers and using the digital world to identify and coordinate the content generation from Influencers. In partnership with the Influencer teammates, you help to bring to life Influencer strategy, identification, brief writing and execution of creative assets. You would help to lead, with a keen eye, the execution of influencer programs that drive awareness and brand identity. You will be a key driver helping to source and evaluate influencer and seeding opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate, with the team, on influencer strategy, identification, evaluation, and selection.
- Take a key role in leading agencies, completing briefs, influencer choices, content development and insertion into media amplification efforts.
- Assist in the oversight, administration and execution to attain influencer content. Including:
- Supporting the coordination of all seeding and influencer product inventory.
- Establish data monitoring, trackers and company shareout of influencer work, progress and effectiveness.
- Work with the media team to identify asset placement by ensuring content developed per media inventory spec.
- Assist the Quick-To-Market execution of culturally and consumer driven timely heat moments. i.e., when something pops in culture, you are ideating and implementing ways for the brand to take advantage, with speed.
- Stay close to culture and the digital world to find opportunities to organically seed influencers & talent.
- Flex your highly developed and experience-based understanding of the tenets of marketing as well as brand comms strategy and goals to assist in the delivery of effective, quality content that follows social media guidelines and is consistent across digital/social media channels.
- Deliver content that meets metric goals and know how to assess insights, learn and adjust as vital to continually improve.
- Establish and continuously update tracking mechanisms supporting influencer connections, content, results and findings.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of quality assets (on brief, build for the channel, break through and drive engagement, impressions.)
What You Bring To The Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, MBA is nice to have.
- At least 2 to 4 years of distinct experience in Digital/Social Marketing and management of Influencer Marketing tactics.
- Digital/Social media breadth and depth in personal and work life.
- Interest in/experience with or in lifestyle brands: footwear, outdoor, fashion.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Teammate, collaborator and culture contributor.
- Unparalleled work ethic, and commitment to getting things done.
- Capable of handling sophisticated situations in a changing environment
- Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acuity with all levels of seniority successfully and professionally.

- Creative and idea generator with an eye toward culture and consumers.
- Able to be in person, in Westwood, MA office 3 days per week.
