Social Media and Partnerships Associate
Our client is in search of a Social Media and Partnerships Associate to join their team on a temp to hire basis. In this role you will be a key player in growing the company’s social media presence, engagement, and overall brand awareness. This will include assisting the team in managing the brand’s social media platforms while aiding with various partnership and collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic individual with a passion for building meaningful connections with the brand’s community.
This is a remote role but will require the selected candidate to live in Los Angeles and be available to travel with the team as needed for on-site activation events.
Duration: 1 month temp to hire
Pay: $23-27/hr
Your Day:
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content to drive engagement and growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and ensure marketing goals are being met.
- Assist in the development and execution of influencer partnerships.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent and aligned with the brand's goals and values.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience in branding, social media management, and influencer partnerships.
- Previous experience with live events and brand activations.
- Must be able to travel domestically.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to grow social media audiences.
- Passion for building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
