As Manager, Social, Culture & Branded Content at Kellanova, you’ll be a cross-athlete with a deep understanding how creative and strategies can drive the overall consumer experience, resulting in behavior change through content development and social & influencer engagement.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Lead and collaborate with the social agency to develop comprehensive social strategies, content calendars, and community management. In some cases, you'll execute these in-house. Ensure that all organic social assets align with the brand's beliefs.
- Earned Media and Influencer Programs: Support and coordinate earned media and cultural influencer initiatives within the overall experience plan, working closely with agency partners and category Experience Planner.
- Brand Design and Creative Oversight: Act as the Brand Design Vis ID "ambassador", ensuring touchpoints across entire creative ecosystem are executed correctly across various channels, including Digital Shelf and Omni-Commerce.
- Social Media Optimization: Monitor and optimize all social media assets, both organic and paid, to ensure cultural relevance and platform suitability, ultimately strengthening performance.
- Social Reporting and Best Practices : Lead the preparation of monthly/quarterly social reports with input from agency partners. Develop and implement social and influencer playbooks, applying platform best practices to drive consumer behavior.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams, including Brand, Experience Planning, Omni-Commerce, Legal, Cultural & Inclusive Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree + 4-6 years of progressive experience in PR/communications, social media, and/or creative management. Bonus points for in-house Brand experience.
- Strong understanding of the diverse, modern consumer and leverages key cultural insights to drive communication strategies
- You value long-term community building (with proof you’ve done it before) and can ideate unique opportunities to deepen their loyalty
- "Insider" understanding of social channels; you know and love to go deep on algorithms, testing and new formats to expand into
- Experienced in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, including agencies
- An all-around seasoned professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
- Fosters and champions a diverse and inclusive workplace
