SENIOR MANAGER OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER MARKETING
Overview: Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategy to drive strategic growth and brand awareness across all brand channels. Responsible for overseeing day-day execution of brand campaign activities and management of community for the brand. Including: Campaign, Content, Engagement, Influencer Marketing, Collaborations, Category and Territory needs. Ensure strength and brand presence and engagement across all channels to effectively support the worldwide growth of the brand, ecommerce and retail channels.
- Oversee social media and influencer marketing strategies for the brand channels.
- Manage and oversee content plans for all channels; working with creative and buying teams to reflect key styles, priority messaging, global brand needs.
- Partner with ecomm teams to ensure all story-telling is consistent and reflective of seasonal strategies and selling priorities, monitor community channels to drive engagement, answer consumer questions
- Plan and execute social media strategy; including content mix, brand voice, cadence and review performance ongoingly.
- Partner with performance marketing team to support complimentary organic, boosted and acquisition efforts.
- Gather insights and audience analysis by region to make recommendations and adjustments to social media strategy. Consider new platforms and opportunities.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing programs and awareness efforts worldwide, including but not limited to sourcing and negotiating programs with brand partners, sponsorships, etc.
- Reporting and analysis of ROI for future planning – including, but not limited to impressions, engagement, traffic and selling.
- Content creation as needed, in support of dynamic and strategic content plan.
- Point of contact for all licensees, partners to ensure community and influencer marketing partner needs are being considered and supported where feasible.
- Partner with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Ecomm, Stores Operations and Franchise worldwide.
- Manage and review reporting alongside marketing teams, ecomm teams and more to assess and evolve digital strategy.
Salary: $90,000-$110,000
