Community Manager

As the Community Manager, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand at INK+ALLOY. Must be located in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

• Set and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and build relationships with customers, potential customers, and influencers
• Style and photograph products in studio for social media and website
• Manage influencer outreach and coordination
• Monitor social analytics and communicate key findings to the internal team
• Manage ongoing affiliate relationships and coordinate with external partners to grow the affiliate program

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for engaging with the INK+ALLOY community online
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines clearly stated on yearly content calendar with flexibility to execute unexpected changes if needed
• Hands on photography experience
• Proven work experience growing influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives
• Must be comfortable creating content and being in front of the camera
• Working knowledge of Google Office programs
• Ability to be a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and capable of working independently with a sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Experience with Capture One is preferred
