Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Hello There Collective is a social media agency that offers influencer collaborations, content production, and social media management for numerous clients spanning various industries including Beauty + Skincare, Fashion, Food + Beverage, and Health + Wellness. We are seeking an experienced Influencer Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Influencer sourcing and outreach
• Ensure monthly influencer marketing campaigns are properly managed
• Review influencer-generated content and provide thoughtful feedback
• Ensure on-time completion and delivery of each influencer marketing campaign
• Manage client influencer budgets
• Send weekly and monthly campaign reports to clients
• Compile, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements on a per-client basis

Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Is a heavy user of TikTok and Instagram and can easily identify viral trends
• Has strong client-facing skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Is extremely organized
• Is a strong copywriter
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude!
