Role Overview: As a Manager, Influencer Outreach at our digital marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing user-generated content strategies for our clients. Your expertise in managing user-generated content will help drive brand engagement, authenticity, and customer advocacy. You will lead a team of influencer outreach specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute UGC campaigns that amplify brand reach and foster meaningful connections with the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • UGC Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive UGC strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content for brand promotion, social proof, and community building.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and social media specialists to integrate user-generated content into marketing campaigns. Ensure UGC aligns with campaign themes, target audience, and brand guidelines. Oversee the end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns, from planning to monitoring and optimization.
  • UGC Acquisition and Curation: Develop and implement strategies to acquire user-generated content, including contests, interactive campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Curate and manage a repository of high-quality user-generated content, ensuring it meets brand standards and legal requirements. Develop moderation guidelines and oversee content moderation processes.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of UGC campaigns, measuring key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, conversion, and sentiment analysis. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize UGC strategies based on data-driven findings. Continuously test and refine UGC campaigns to improve results.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage a team of UGC specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, copywriters, and social media managers, to ensure seamless integration of UGC into overall marketing strategies.
  • Client Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand voice, values, and target audience. Collaborate closely with clients to align UGC strategies with their marketing objectives. Provide regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing user-generated content and social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their functionalities, particularly TikTok.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of best practices in organic strategy, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
  • Leadership skills to effectively mentor and develop team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

Compensation

  • Job Type: Full-time Employee
  • Annual Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/year
