COMPANY SUMMARY: Divi is a scalp health company started in late 2021. The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine.” Divi has grown extremely quickly, resonating in the marketplace with men and women at a variety of different stages in their hair journey. 2023 is an important growth year for the company with big ideas on the horizon and we are looking to grow our team to help!

JOB SUMMARY: Divi is looking for an Ecommerce Director to manage all of our DTC efforts. Currently we have teams in place for Google, Meta, TikTok, Influencer, Email, SMS, SEO and CRO. We are looking for an industry expert and leader to help manage this team and drive them to excellence. This person would need to have 5-7+ years experience in managing key metrics within ecommerce brand such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, etc. This individual would be responsible for driving innovation and strategies to help scale the DTC brand exponentially week over week, month over month, quarter over quarter, and YOY. This person would report directly to the CEO. This position will be a true P&L leader overseeing budgeting, forecasting, spend, and revenue for brand and growth reporting to the CEO directly.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and acquisition

2 . Background in D2C-ecommerce customer acquisition departments

3 .Experience scaling D2C ecommerce brands & subscription models

4 . Extremely analytical and data-driven in optimizing CAC and MER

5 . Experience in CRO, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, Email, SMS, SEO, ETC.

6 . Proven track record of customer growth, retention, and rev Growth

7 . Highly experimental in finding optimizations in an agile sprint method

8 . Will oversee both brand marketing and growth i.e. paid acquisition

9 . True P&L leader over brand marketing and growth budgets and revenue

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for all customer acquisition activities and KPI’s

2. Manage KPIs such as platform ROAS, CAC, MER, and spend

3. Manage a team of 5 overseeing Meta, TikTok, Google, and CRO

4. Drive sustainable hyper-growth strategies across all paid channels

5. Report directly to the CEO on metrics on a week-over-week basis

6. Focus on experimentation methods to read data and optimize plans

7. Lead and coach a team of paid digital media managers at Divi HQ
