We’re a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors, and insurance agents. About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves.

We help them do just that. We work together to create beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for them. The end goal is to help them build better relationships with their clients with less hands-on effort.

About The Role

The Agency Revolution Marketing Operations Manager will be a key player on the Marketing team, and a key cross-functional influencer. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this person will be the go-to person for MarTech, operations, and lead-generating campaign implementation strategy, and will drive the building of new processes and marketing best practices.

As a member of a small team, this team member will have responsibilities that include both strategizing and executing. A love of diving in and solving problems will be a key to success.

Compensation Depending on experience the salary will range between $75,000-$82,000

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Manage and measure Agency Revolution’s demand generating marketing campaigns
  • Enhance and expand usage of existing MarTech stack
  • Develop and deploy test and learns within campaigns
  • Create and maintain reporting on Marketing KPIs
  • Define and implement marketing operational processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop data management processes to support marketing
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)

Skills And Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations role
  • Experience managing lead and/or demand generation campaigns
  • Digital measurement experience
  • Experience with MarTech systems including CRM, web analytics, webinar platforms, email platforms etc.
  • Experience tracking and reporting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and other metrics.
  • Hands-on understanding of marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Responsibility for making strategic recommendations to improve marketing operations.
  • Experience in lead and/or demand generation.
