Compensation: $122,000 to $176,000 Annually

We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together. This includes Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) products such as Ray-Ban Stories, Meta Quest, and Horizon Worlds. The RL Marcom team drives adoration and everyday usage for these products by unleashing data-driven marketing and creativity to accelerate business results. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Meta Horizon Worlds Marcom team. Horizon Worlds is a virtual universe with games, events, and creator tools that enable anyone to build immersive destinations. Our vision is to create Meta’s next generation social platform. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that build the Horizon Worlds brand and drive product success. This includes aligning teams to a clear vision, developing marketing plans that seamlessly align full-funnel marketing strategy with agile creative experimentation, and creating excitement around current and future product partnerships. Integrated Marketing Manager, Horizon Worlds Responsibilities:

  • Inputs into annual marketing plans, driving the connection between data/insights to strategy and plans
  • Builds bottoms-up budgets to support strategy and drive against business/marketing goals
  • Develops and executes comprehensive content and partner launch approaches that align with marketing objectives, target audience across various platforms and channels (website, social media, email, VR surfaces, etc.)
  • Collaborates with internal and external creative partners to ensure the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant marketing assets
  • Champions an agile marketing approach, leading the team in conducting creative experimentation to optimize marketing performance
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, product metrics, community sentiment and effectiveness to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Partners closely with various cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, PMM, Product, Design, Art, Creative, and PR/Comms

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with strategic thinking and bridging industry trends, insights, and community sentiment to plans/briefs
  • Experience working and collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners and agencies
  • Experience leading content and partner marketing campaigns from brief > concept > creative development > execution & measurement
  • Experience navigating change and driving through ambiguity
  • Gaming/gaming industry experience
  • 6+ years professional experience in marketing and/or similar field (eg. brand management, content marketing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content creation tools and capture capabilities
  • Experience managing and building bottoms-up budgets
  • Experience in new technology and marketing for 0 to 1 products
