Title: Senior Associate, Digital Marketing

Reports to: Manager, Digital Marketing

Overview: The Search Marketing Sr Associate will be responsible for executing and analyzing digital marketing strategies as well as monitor day to day management of the Urban Outfitters search (paid and organic) and display programs. This person will partner with cross-functional teams such as internal digital direct team and external agencies to analyze campaign data to derive conclusions and actionable insights and improve program demand/traffic and grow customers. This role will be responsible for maintaining and profitably scaling marketing efforts, as well as identifying new areas for efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of paid search, organic search, and display marketing channels with additional exposure in influencer marketing
  • Report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and optimization processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities across various campaigns
  • Be a key member of the team in building search strategy and corresponding flighted budgets based on everchanging business needs as well as direct demand forecasts.
  • Work closely with data analytics team to refine reporting or further expand on current performance based on channel strategy
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams, generating monthly/weekly calendar requests, providing class/product suggestions, and recommending design direction based on channel best practices
  • Partner with display and search agency/partners to execute day-to-day channel optimizations including ad/creative rotations, budget reallocations, and division/category support

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing in-house brand experience
  • Experience managing a paid search and display program to a profitable ROI or CPM/CPC
  • Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing competing or cross channel priorities
  • Proficient in excel and data analysis and visualization with additional exposure to Tableau
  • Takes initiative and tackles problems
  • Ability to communicate and work cross functionally with various teams and personalities in fast paced environment

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
