Summary of Position: We are seeking an outgoing, organized, digitally savvy marketing mind to execute our Ambassador Program marketing strategies. This key position will play a direct role in the growth of the Rebel Athletic Girls’ and Women’s retail brand. As the brand grows, it’s imperative that fans of the brand feel they are part of a community of like-minded Rebels and feel seen, heard, and valued. That is the primary goal of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track how many times we post our talent and ambassadors on social media, making sure we give equal social media “love” as much as possible.
- Plan, prepare and execute Ambassador events across the country
- Organize and communicate detailed information to Rebel Ambassadors
- Manage all Ambassador communication
- Attend at least 75% of Ambassador Events and get to know as many ambassadors as possible
- Willing and able to travel a minimum of 12 weekends per year
- Gather social media content at events
- Collaborate with fellow marketing staff members
- Bring unique ideas to the team for our Ambassador Program
- Be a role model to kids and ambassadors
- Create experiences that ambassadors will remember forever
- Provide a weekly list to the social media manager of who needs to be featured, based on specific data metrics
- Work with the Experience Marketing Team to respond to inquiries emailed to our Talent and Ambassador team
- Help execute special projects designed to show appreciation for our ambassadors
- Coordinate all aspects of an influencer marketing campaign team, align influencer marketing goals with the brand's overall ecommerce objectives.
- Manage the Ambassador Event budget
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in influencer and brand marketing with emphasis on the fashion industry
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starting attitude and desire to take initiative
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising
- Clear and concise communication skills across multiple mediums inperson meetings, calls, video conferences, emails, and presentations
- Confidence in voicing your opinion to the team if you think there is a better way of doing something
- Demonstrated skills in crafting social media content
- Experience across all social media platforms including emerging channels and international platforms; including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Highlevel quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving, and a natural interest in consumer behavior
- Knowledge and understanding of the whole spectrum of the social media landscape – including content formats and publishing algorithms, social listening and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
